Ben is the Equal Justice Works Fellow at the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), sponsored by the Friends and Family of Philip M. Stern. There, he works on Artificial Intelligence issues focusing on the criminal justice system.
He has a J.D. from Cardozo Law School, where he was the editor in chief of the Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice, and a B.S. from SUNY Oneonta. He’s interested in transparency, ethics, and second after tech policy issues come the Brooklyn Nets — or maybe the other way around.
