Clara Tsao is a Founding Officer and Director of the Filecoin Foundation. She is also co-founder of the Trust & Safety Professional Association and the president of the Presidential Innovation Fellows Foundation.
Clara was a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow. Prior to government, Clara worked in the Worldwide Education Team at Microsoft leading global strategic partnerships. She was a 2013 Google Technology Policy Fellow where she served as the Executive Director of the Congressional App Challenge.  She loves organizing hackathons in her spare time and traveling the world.
