Daniela Guzman Peña is a partnerships manager on a trust & safety team at a tech company.
She works on building partnerships with non-profit organizations, academic institutions, and individual experts to advance tech policy and product objectives related to gender-based violence, human trafficking, and other human rights issues.
Before working in tech, Daniela worked at a non-profit focused on private sector advocacy for the economic integration of refugees (Tent Partnership for Refugees) and as a journalist reporting on economic and public policy issues in Latin America.
She has a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia SIPA.
