She earned a master’s degree at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, where she focused on technology policy and international security.

Prior to her graduate studies, she served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Germany and worked as a consultant for a public-sector IT organization. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of William & Mary, where she majored in government and Hispanic studies.
