Fred Jennings is a litigator and hacker at Tor Ekeland, PC, where he represents clients in criminal and civil CFAA cases across the country. He also handles copyright and trademark matters, security and privacy advising, and heads the firm’s digital forensics department. Prior to Tor Ekeland, he worked at the International Legal Foundation pursuing access to defense counsel in post- and mid-conflict countries.
Fred holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he represented Occupy Wall Street arrestees through the Criminal Defense Clinic, and worked with LGBTQ* activists in Lebanon through the International Human Rights Clinic. He holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University.
