Mathew’s prior positions included Weber Shandwick where he led integrated public affairs and issues management campaigns in highly regulated industries, the United States House of Representatives, where he engaged federal agencies on data governance and education policy issues, the University of Minnesota Center for the Study of Political Psychology where he worked to examine the psychological correlates and consequences of racial phenotypicality on key discretionary criminal and civil judicial decisions and local political campaigns where he advanced on various reform and advocacy efforts.
