Meghan Fenzel is an associate at Fenwick & West LLP where she focuses on litigation, appeals, and counseling related to intellectual property, privacy, and media law.
Meghan has a particular interest in the intersection of law, technology, and democracy, informed by her prior career managing international election programs. While a student at Berkeley Law, Meghan interned for the Electronic Frontier Foundation, worked with the Samuelson Law, Technology, and Public Policy Clinic, and externed for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. She served on the executive committee of the California Law Review and the editorial board of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Meghan launched Berkeley’s election law pro bono project.
