Nicole Timofeevski is a Project Lead at CRDF Global where she supports global cybersecurity capacity building projects in coordination with government and private sector partners to strengthen international stakeholders’ capacity and defense against cyber attacks, particularly in Latin America.
Nicole has a background in research and project management in the fields of digital inclusion, disinformation, and data privacy with experience in building public-private partnerships, conducting OSINT investigations into human rights violations, and operationalizing data protection policies and process improvements. Frequently working at the intersection of policy, technology, and government, Nicole has also supported various coalitions including the National Digital Inclusion Alliance and the Mitigating Unauthorized Scraping Alliance.
Nicole graduated with distinction from the University of California, Berkeley where she focused on global conflict resolution, specializing in the post-Soviet states region.
