Svetlana is a legal consultant at the World Bank. Her experience includes working at a legal tech startup and serving as a fellow in the Office of Intellectual Property and Innovation at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
She has also worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of the Treasury, and on Capitol Hill. Having grown up in Silicon Valley and spent a significant amount of time working in DC, Svetlana brings a unique background to tackling issues at the intersection of tech, law, and policy.
Svetlana received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and her B.A. in Economics and International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound.
