Zach Graves is head of policy at the Lincoln Network, a nonprofit that helps bridge the gap between Silicon Valley and DC. Previously, Zach was technology policy program director at the R Street Institute, where he remains an associate fellow.
Prior to R Street, Zach worked at the Cato Institute and the America’s Future Foundation. He is also a visiting fellow at the National Security Institute at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, and a technology and democracy fellow at the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at the Harvard Kennedy School.
He holds a master’s from the California Institute of the Arts and a bachelor’s from the University of California at Davis. Zach is married and lives in Washington.
