Zach Graves

Zach Graves is director of digital and a senior fellow at the R Street Institute, a free-market think tank headquartered in Washington, DC. Previously, Zach worked at the Cato Institute, America’s Future Foundation, and the Competitive Enterprise Institute. He holds a master’s from the California Institute of the Arts and a bachelor’s from the University of California at Davis.
